[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 22 October - issued 2330UT/21-Oct-2015

Low to Moderate solar flare activity. Solar wind stream is expected to
remain enhanced due to the continued effect of a coronal hole.
Geomagnetic conditions mostly at Quiet to Unsettled levels with the
possibility of isolated Active periods. Conditions for HF propagation
will be mostly Normal to Fair. There is the chance of SWFs.
