Low solar flare activity. Coronal hole effects in progress. Moderate
to strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions mostly at unsettled to
active levels with the possibility of isolated minor storm periods on
high latitudes. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications fair to poor. Aurora sightings possible on high
latitudes.
