[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 22 March - issued 2331UT/21-Mar-2015

Low solar flare activity is expected for 22-Mar. Minor coronal hole
effects are expected for 22-23 Mar. The solar wind is very strong.
Geomagnetic conditions are quiet to unsettled, but more active
conditions are likely. High-frequency radio communications are
expected to be normal to fair with some degraded conditions at high
latitudes. Aurora sightings possible from southern Australian regions
if geomagnetic conditions deteriorate.
