Region 2371 produced another large M7.9 flare and an associated
partial halo CME. Glancing blow CME arrival time mid to late in the UT
day 27Jun. Low to Moderate solar flare activity, with a chance of High
activity. Moderate to Strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at
Quiet to Unsettled levels for 26Jun. Short-wave radio fadeouts
possible. High-frequency radio communications poor at High latitudes
(proton flux currently fluctuating above and below PCA threshold
level) and periods of depressed maximum user frequencies of ~20% for
Low to Mid latitudes.
