Low to Moderate solar flare activity, with a chance of High activity.
Minor coronal mass ejection effects in progress. Strong to Very strong
solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions currently at Quiet to Unsettled
levels with possible Active to Minor Storm periods should Bz turn
south. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio
communications poor to fair at High latitudes with depressed maximum
user frequencies at low to mid latitudes.
