[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 17 June - issued 0009UT/17-Jun-2015

Mostly low solar flare activity is expected for 17 June with the
chance of moderate activity from regions in the NE quadrant. Moderate
solar wind conditions are expected to abate slowly during 17 June.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled
with the small chance of isolated active periods. High-frequency radio
communications should be mostly normal with the chance of isolated
degraded conditions at times and the small chance of SWFs.
