[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 21 July - issued 0017UT/21-Jul-2015

Very low solar flare activity. Light solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet levels with possible isolated unsettled periods.
High-frequency radio communications fair at low to mid latitudes.
Maximum useable frequencies for HF radio communications are depressed
up to 30% below predicted monthly values due to low solar EUV ionising
radiation. IPS HF Communications Warning 15/25 has been issued for
21-23 July.
