[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 13 July - issued 2316UT/12-Jul-2015

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for 13-Jul. Minor
coronal hole effects are still in progress with a strong solar wind.
Geomagnetic conditions have subsided to be mostly quiet with a chance
of some unsettled periods. High-frequency radio communications are
mostly normal with periods of degraded conditions high latitudes and
some moderate MUF depressions at low latitudes.
