[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 07 July - issued 2345UT/06-Jul-2015

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected for 7-Jul, with
region 2381 continuing to grow. Minor coronal hole effects are still
in progress, with the solar wind moderate to strong, but likely to
decline over the next few days. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to
unsettled levels and expected to remain so on 7-Jul. Short-wave radio
fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio communications are mostly
normal with some MUF depressions possible at low latitudes.
