Low solar flare activity is expected for 14-Jan, with a chance of high
activity from a region rotating off the solar disc. The solar wind is
moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet to unsettled levels.
Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio
communications are normal to enhanced, with isolated degraded
conditions at high latitudes.
