Very low to low solar flare activity is expected. Minor coronal hole
effects are possible for 23 February. Mostly light solar wind
conditions increasing slightly during 23 February. Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet to unsettled levels with isolated active periods
possible. HF radio communications conditions are expected to be mostly
normal to good with isolated degraded conditions at high latitudes.
