[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 18 February - issued 0044UT/18-Feb-2015

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for 17 Feb, with the
small chance of moderate activity. Minor coronal hole effects are in
progress resulting in slightly elevated Geomagnetic conditions. Mostly
Unsettled levels are expected with isolated active and possible minor
storm periods at high latitudes, particularly early in the UT day.
High-frequency radio communications should be mostly normal with
isolated degraded conditions at mid to high latitudes. Aurora
sightings may be possible for longitude sectors presently in nighttime
hours.
