Solar flare activity is expected to be low with a chance of Moderate
activity. The solar wind is light, but could increase later on today,
12 Feb. Geomagnetic conditions are currently at Quiet levels but may
rise to Unsettled levels with the possibility of an isolated Active
period. High-frequency radio communications are good, with enhanced
maximum useable frequencies. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
