Low to Moderate solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects in
progress. Moderate to Strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at
Unsettled levels with possible Active periods. Short-wave radio
fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications Fair to Normal
at Low to Mid latitudes with Poor conditions at High latitudes.
