[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 08 August - issued 2356UT/07-Aug-2015

Solar activity is expected to be mostly low with the reasonable chance
of moderate activity primarily due to region 2396. Solar wind
conditions have remained mildly elevated due to the lingering effects
of a coronal hole wind stream. Geomagnetic activity increased to minor
storm levels at high latitudes during 7 August due to the coronal hole
effects and are expected to subside during 8 August to mostly quiet to
unsettled with the chance of active periods. HF conditions are
expected to be mostly normal with isolated mild depressions at times.
There is a chance of SWFs.
