Low solar flare activity. Minor effect of a CME and the effect of a
coronal hole may strengthen the solar wind stream on 21 April.
Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled to active
levels with the possibility of isolated minor storm periods on high
latitude locations. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. Minor to
moderate MUF depressions possible.
