[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 16 April - issued 0001UT/16-Apr-2015

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected for 16 April. Coronal
hole effects are in progress resulting in moderate solar wind
conditions and isolated active to minor storm periods over the
Australian region. Geomagnetic activity is expected to decline during
16 April as the influence of the coronal hole subsides. High-frequency
radio communications should be mostly normal for central to northern
Australia with degraded conditions for southern regions at times.
Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible.
