[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 09 April - issued 0023UT/09-Apr-2015

Low to moderate solar flare activity. A Coronal Mass Ejection(CME) is
predicted to arrive bringing Active geomagnetic conditions with a
chance of Minor Storms commencing late today 09 April continuing into
10 April. Conditions should be favorable for viewing Aurora from
Tasmania. High-frequency radio communications should be mostly fine
with isolated periods of poor conditions particularly at higher
latitudes. There is the chance of short-wave fadeouts.
