Very low to low solar flare activity. Moderate solar wind increasing
to strong due to a high speed solar wind stream. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to increase to active levels with the onset of
the elevated solar wind. High-frequency radio communications should be
mostly fine with isolated periods of poor conditions particularly at
higher latitudes.
