Moderate solar flare activity, with an M5 level flare observed at
28/0258UT. Chance of further moderate to high activity. Minor coronal
hole effects possible. Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at
quiet to unsettled levels with isolated unsettled to active periods,
mainly at hight latitudes. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications normal to good at all latitudes
with isolated degraded conditions at high latitudes.
