[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 27 October - issued 2330UT/26-Oct-2014

Moderate solar flare activity, with a good chance of high activity due
to the large and magnetically complex sunspot region. This spot group
produced an X2.0 flare at 1056 UT and a number of M flares on 26 Oct.
So far, this region has produced five X flares, numerous M flares but
only one significant CME (associated with an M4 flare 24 Oct) in its
transit across the visible disc. Light to moderate solar wind.
Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels. Short-wave radio
fadeouts likely. High-frequency radio communications normal to good.
