Solar flare activity low with the chance of isolated moderate events.
Moderate solar wind, gradually declining to light. Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet levels, minor disturbances possible at high
latitudes. Isolated short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications normal, with minor variability mainly at low
latitudes.
