[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 30 March - issued 2315UT/29-Mar-2014

An X1 flare from region 2017 occurred at 1748UT on 29-Mar, probably
causing a short-wave fadeout over Central America. Moderate to high
solar flare activity is expected for 30-Mar, with several spot regions
active. The solar wind is light to moderate. Geomagnetic conditions
are at quiet levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts are likely.
High-frequency radio communications are otherwise normal, with
enhanced maximum useable frequencies.
