Mostly Low solar activity is expected for 17 March with the small
chance of M-class flares. Solar wind is expected to be mostly light.
CME activity observed during 16 March is not likely to be
geoeffective. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet.
High-frequency radio communications are normal to good with the small
chance of SWFs.
