[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 14 June - issued 2322UT/13-Jun-2014

Solar activity has declined to moderate, with just one M-class X-ray
flare on 13-Jun. The solar wind speed remains light. An increase in
low-energy proton flux suggests a glancing blow on 14-Jun from a slow
CME produced on 10-Jun. At high latitudes, this could result in active
geomagnetic conditions and periods of degraded HF communications.
Currently, geomagnetic conditions are quiet and HF communications
conditions normal. Short-wave fadeouts are possible due to continuing
moderate solar activity.
