Very Low to Low solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection
effects possible in 2-3 days. Minor coronal hole effects possible over
the 18th or 19th. Light solar wind which may rise moderately if the
small coronal hole is geoeffective. Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet
levels with some Unsettled periods if solar wind speed rises.
High-frequency radio communications fair to normal at mid to high
latitudes with some degraded conditions at low latitudes.
