[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 31 January - issued 2330UT/30-Jan-2014

Moderate to high solar flare activity due to a large and complex
region that Culgoora Solar Observatory notes continues to grow. This
region produced a large (M6) flare and a CME on 30 Feb. Light solar
wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels. Short-wave radio
fadeouts likely. High-frequency radio communications normal to good.
Geomagnetic activity is likely to increase on 2 Feb due to the CME.
Possible aurora sightings on 2 Feb in Tasmania.
