[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 07 January - issued 2332UT/06-Jan-2014

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected, with a chance of
high activity. Minor coronal mass ejection effects are possible from a
CME observed on 4-Jan. The solar wind is light. Geomagnetic conditions
are quiet, but are expected to become unsettled to active due to the
CME arrival. Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. High-frequency
radio communications are normal. Isolated degraded HF conditions at
high latitudes are possible later on 7-Jan. Protons greater than 10
MeV at geosynchronous orbit are ~20 pfu.
