Moderate solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection effects
possible. Moderate coronal hole effects in progress. Moderate to
strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled to minor storm
levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio
communications mostly normal on low latitudes, normal to fair on
mid-latitudes and fair to poor on high latitudes.
