Solar activity is at Low to Moderate levels with isolated M/X-class
flares possible. Short-wave fadeouts are possible. Geomagnetic
conditions are Unsettled to Active following the arrival of a
CME-driven shock in the solar wind. High-frequency radio
communications are mostly normal, with some minor MUF depressions
expected during the day.
