[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 17 December - issued 0558UT/17-Dec-2014

An M8.7 flare occurred peaking at 0451UT from active region 2242. A
moderate Type II radio sweep was observed in association with this
flare followed by a weak Type IV sweep. Updates to follow pending
further analysis of this event.
