[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 27 August - issued 2344UT/26-Aug-2014

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on 27-Aug. Minor
coronal mass ejection and coronal hole effects are possible. The solar
wind is light. Geomagnetic conditions are currently quiet, but could
become unsettled to active on 27-Aug. Short-wave radio fadeouts are
possible. High-frequency radio communications are normal. There is a
small chance of aurora sightings from southern Australian regions with
the CME arrival (overnight on 27-Aug).
