Low solar flare activity with some possibility of isoalated M-class
event. Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions mostly at quiet
levels with the possibility of isolated unsettled periods. Short-wave
radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications mostly
normal.
