Low solar flare activity, with a chance of High activity due to the
X1.3 flare at 0027UT originating from the west limb (possibly region
2035). Light to Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet
levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio
communications Normal to Good.
