[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 21 April - issued 2247UT/20-Apr-2014

An expected CME impact occurred at around 11UT on the 20th of April.
The orientation of the magnetic field within the plasma cloud was
unfavourable for generating geomagnetic activity. Active levels of
disturbance were seen in the Australian region after the impact,
followed by Unsettled conditions. There has been no impact on the
ionosphere and HF radio propagation conditions remain good.
