Low to Moderate solar flare activity. Possible coronal mass ejection
effects over the next 24 hours. Moderate to (possible) Strong solar
wind. Geomagnetic conditions are presently at Quiet levels, but are
expected to increase to Unsettled to Active levels with isolated
periods of Minor Storm levels at high latitudes today, 05 April.
Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio
communications good at Low to Mid latitudes with some degraded
conditions at High latitudes.
