[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 26 October - issued 2351UT/25-Oct-2013

Moderate to high solar flare activity expected 26 October, with
further strong flares potential from solar active region 1882, the
source of two X-class and five M-class flares over the last 24 hours.
Minor coronal mass ejection effects are expected to impact Earth
today. This may lead to unsettled to active geomagnetic conditions
during the next 24 hours. Mostly normal HF conditions are expected for
the next few days with a chance of SWFs. Higher latitudes may
experience some degradations.
