Low to moderate solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection
effects likely. Minor coronal hole effects in progress. Moderate to
strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels
with isolated active periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications fair to normal at low latitudes
with some degraded conditions at mid latitudes. Aurora sightings
possible from southern Australian regions.
