Low to Moderate solar flare activity, with a chance of High activity
as active region 1890 still producing X class flares as seen at
0426UT. Light solar wind speed and Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet to
Unsettled levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications Normal for Low latitudes with enhancements.
Depressed MUF's for Mid to High latitudes due to recent geomagnetic
activity.
