[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 31 May - issued 2358UT/30-May-2013

Solar activity continues to be at Very Low levels with only B-class
flare activity observed during 30 May. Very Low to Low levels are
expected for the next 24 hours. No Earth directed CMEs were observed
during the past 24 hours. Solar winds speeds continued to decline down
to light levels. Geomagnetic activity is expected to remain Quiet for
the first half of 31 May (UT) and then increase with Minor Storm
periods possible at high latitudes later on 31 May and into 1 June as
a coronal hole rotates into a geoeffective position. HF conditions are
expected to be mostly normal with slightly degraded conditions at
times. More significantly degraded HF conditions are expected later
during 31 May and into 1 June.
