Very low solar flare activity. Light to moderate solar wind.
Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels. High-frequency radio
communications normal. A low latitude coronal hole is near the central
meridian of the solar disk and its associated high speed solar wind
stream is expected to impact the Earth on 28 March. The solar wind
speed and geomagnetic activity were enhanced at the same time during
the previous solar rotation cycle. Unsettled to Active levels of
geomagnetic activity are likely during 28 March with isolated cases of
Minor Storm levels at high latitudes.
