[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 10 July - issued 2332UT/09-Jul-2013

Solar flare activity has been low over the last 24 hours. Low to
moderate activity is expected. The solar wind is light after a brief
spike due to a CME arrival late on 9-Jul. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be unsettled on 10-Jul due to the CME, with possible
active periods at high latitudes. A subsequent CME, observed on 9-Jul
is likely to affect Earth from late on 12-Jul. High-frequency radio
communications are expected to be mostly normal, with a chance of
short-wave fadeouts.
