Fri Jan 4 10:19:24 EST 2013

There are numerous small sunspot regions on the Sun, however none of
these are producing X-ray or appear likely to produce significant
flares in the next few days. Solar wind conditions are ambient.
Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels. The enhanced ionising EUV flux
from the many sunspot regions is producing an denser than normal
ionosphere leading to enhanced maximum useable frequency for
high-frequency radio communication.
