Sun Feb 3 10:20:26 EST 2013

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for 3-Feb. The
effects of a small coronal hole are abating. The solar wind remains
moderate and likely to increase later due to mild effects of a coronal
mass ejection from 31-Jan. Geomagnetic conditions have been mostly
unsettled, now returning to quiet, but active periods are possible
later in the day. High-frequency radio communications should be mostly
normal with some mild MUF depressions.
