Low solar flare activity with slight chance of M-class events. Minor
CME effects possible. Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at
mostly Quiet levels with possible Active periods should glancing blow
CME effects eventuate. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications normal at all latitudes with
enhanced periods for low to mid latitudes.
