A coronal hole high speed solar wind stream is in effect with
moderately elevated solar wind speeds causing some unsettled
geomagnetic conditions. A coronal mass ejection (CME) was observed
which is directed mostly to the east of the Earth, however we are
likely to be clipped by the edge of this event on the 1st of
September. This is expected to cause Active geomagnetic conditions.
Visible aurora may be visible from high latitude locations in the
later half of the 1st of September if this activity eventuates.
Conditions for high frequency radio propagation are normal, with some
mild depressions in the maximum useable frequency (MUF) possible on
the 1st and 2nd of September.
