[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 28 August - issued 0040UT/28-Aug-2013

Solar activity is at very low levels with only a few small sunspot
groups on the visible Sun. A coronal hole high speed wind stream
became geo-effective in the last 24 hours causing unsettled
geomagnetic activity with a brief active period. Unsettled conditions
are expected for the next few days under the influence of the coronal
hole. HF radio propagation conditions should be mostly unaffected by
this mild activity and current conditions are normal.
