[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 18 August - issued 0000UT/18-Aug-2013

Solar Active Region 1818 generated two M X-ray flares and may produce
another M-class flare today,18 August. The solar wind is expected to
decrease today to moderate levels as the effects of the coronal hole
wane. Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet levels. Mostly normal HF
conditions are expected to continue. Short wave radio fadeouts are
possible due to the increase in solar activity.
