[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 09 November - issued 2330UT/08-Nov-2012

Solar activity was very low on 8-Nov, apart from an M-class flare at
08/0223 that produced a coronal mass ejection (not Earth-directed) and
a brief short-wave radio fadeout over Australia. Solar activity is
expected to be a low levels, with the chance of further M-class
flares. The solar wind speed has declined gradually to be light.
Geomagnetic conditions are quiet. HF radio communications are expected
to be mostly normal, with some MUF depressions in the north.
