[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 06 November - issued 2339UT/05-Nov-2012

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected. A coronal mass
ejection observed on the suns' east limb is not expected to affect
Earth. The solar wind is light. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet
levels. High-frequency radio communications are fair to normal at low
latitudes and mostly normal elsewhere. MUF depressions to 25% are
likely, particularly at lower latitudes.
